Common questions

Do they charge a call-out fee for diagnostics?
No. Review comments indicate Alfa Air diagnoses on-site and includes this in the service cost, unlike other companies that charge separate call-out fees.
How quickly can they visit after I call?
Same-day visits are common. One review mentions Alfie arriving the same day after a morning call; the business lists 7-day opening hours.
Will I be pushed to upgrade my system if it is broken?
No. Multiple reviews specifically praise Alfie for identifying that systems could be repaired rather than replaced, and for not upselling upgrades when not needed.

All six reviews praise Manuel and his team for straightforward pricing, fast replies, and neat installations. One customer had a drain pipe issue post-install; Manuel returned immediately to fix it, which reviewers cite as proof of genuine customer focus rather than a mark against the business.
