Reviewers consistently praise fast, thorough installation and repair work backed by experienced staff who explain options clearly. Paul and Cameron are named repeatedly for professionalism; technicians are noted for tidiness and leaving homes spotless. Two significant complaints stand out: one customer was charged without completing an inspection and received no follow-up; another reported a rude receptionist who hung up. The balance is 71% five-star reviews over 17 ratings.
Most customers report fast turnaround, on-time arrival, and staff who diagnose problems clearly and fix them in one visit. Several name specific technicians (Michael, Alex, Christian, Hayley) for their professionalism and knowledge. Service ranges from home repairs to ducted systems to commercial work. A small number of reviews flag inconsistent workmanship: one technician left a dirty rag and unswept floor after a service; another showed indifference to water damage during diagnosis. Most five-star ratings praise the team overall, but these lapses suggest quality depends on who turns up.

Reviewers consistently praise the installation team for skill, friendliness, and site cleanliness across split systems and ducted work. Named staff including Tyler, Emily, Brendan, Dom, Adam, Jarrod, and Joshua stand out. The main friction is warranty claims: several customers report slow or defensive responses to faults, and one experienced ceiling damage without compensation.</summary> <parameter name="sentiment_tags">["professional-technicians", "clean-workmanship", "responsive-communication", "punctual", "skilled-installers", "poor-communication", "reliable-warranty-support"]
Over 87% of reviews are five-star, with repeat praise for staff like Sophie Collins and Karen Sweeney who guide customers patiently through selection and upgrades. Installation teams are consistently noted for professionalism, tidiness, and speed. However, two one-star reviews detail serious concerns: one describes systematic failures in refrigeration standards, incorrect system sizing, and missing documentation from installation; another flags property damage during a service call. These sit against the broad volume of positive feedback.
