Sharp Air-conditioning staff arrive when promised, listen to what customers need, and carry out work with care and speed. Reviewers praise their knowledge, politeness, and tidy finish, with several noting reasonable pricing and prompt follow-up on quotes; the business turns away new work during peak summer heat to focus on emergency repairs. Technicians handle split systems, ducted units, and servicing with attention to detail. Installers protect furniture and clean both inside and outside spaces. The receptionist and office team are described as helpful and patient, even with senior customers navigating the process.

Air Rite Refrigeration

4.7(13)✓ Google-verified

Most jobs are executed cleanly and on time, with staff like James, Derek, Dan, and David earning praise for professionalism and fair rates. A significant one-star complaint alleges warranty deception on zone motors, claiming the business falsely told the customer a 2-year coverage limit (when the actual manufacturer warranty is 5 years) and charged for replacement parts and labour, then later obtained credits from the supplier. The reviewer also reports two separate site visits were required when one should have sufficed, and poor staff preparedness. This complaint stands against a strong backdrop of five-star reviews, but raises serious questions about warranty honesty and operational consistency. The business's website states it is an authorised installer and repairer for leading brands and serves Perth.
