Most jobs finish on time and clean, with installers who explain systems well and address questions. A vocal minority report serious issues: incorrect vent cuts, poor ductwork angles, inadequate dust protection, and months of unanswered contact trying to recover costs or resolve post-installation problems.
Reviewers report solid installations and repairs with clean workmanship and reliable scheduling. Staff including Tom and Callum are named for attentiveness. One complaint flags deceptive or slow service, though detail is limited.
Reviewers consistently praise the team for professionalism, punctuality, and clean installation work. Michael, Tegan, Matt, Mark, Seth, Dan and other named staff handle quotation, design, and servicing with clear communication and genuine care. Warranty support is responsive even years after install. One significant complaint: a customer was refused a service call outside their stated area, despite F&D having installed the unit a year prior without flagging the restriction. Most other reviews report installations of ducted Panasonic and Daikin systems, conversions from evaporative to reverse cycle, and split system replacements completed on schedule with thorough site cleanup.
