Most reviewers praise All Air Services for knowledgeable technicians (Paul, Tyler, Adam named), polite staff, fair pricing, and reliable installs and repairs across split and ducted systems. A handful of older complaints surface repeated issues: one expensive repair that failed with no callback, dismissive phone manner that cost a sale, and reluctance toward smaller residential work.

Half the reviews are five-star, praising fast response and skilled technicians on emergency calls. The other half surface a pattern: installers struggled with timing (2-month waits during peak summer), and one customer reported a failed diagnosis. Cost sits mid-range for the work done.

SUBURBAN SPLITS AIR CONDITIONING

Installations and repairs run like clockwork here. Clients describe quick callbacks, technicians who show up on time and know their systems, and tidy finished work. Communication from the office through to the job site is consistent, with staff explaining problems plainly and sticking to fair pricing. Reverse cycle splits and ducted systems are their bread and butter; the team has moved repeat customers and handled everything from new installs to keeping 20-year-old units running. Every review touches on professionalism, but what stands out is speed. One customer was on-site with a technician within 90 minutes of finalising a quote. Another waited 21 hours to leave five stars. Staff names appear often (Brendan, Daniel, David, Mitch, Xavier, Michael, Crystal, Madi), which suggests stability and accountability. The work is clean, the explanations are straight, and people come back.
