Josh has built a track record of solving complex installations that other contractors turn down, from apartment builds to heritage homes. Reviewers consistently note his tidy cleanup, straightforward communication, honest pricing (often saving money by creative repair over replacement), and calm, personable manner. Every review is five stars; families, property managers, and Airbnb operators all return.
Work spans split systems, ducted repair, unit replacement, and whole-home installs across Perth suburbs. He quotes potential costs upfront (like pump options) but charges only for what's needed. Clients praise how he explains choices clearly, sends meeting reminders, and works around their schedules, including guest check-in times for rental properties.
Maurice and his team consistently deliver on time with clean, efficient work at prices reviewers call fair and competitive. Split system and ducted installations receive specific praise for both aesthetics and performance, while repair calls are handled quickly with clear explanations and followup maintenance advice.
Eight five-star reviews show consistent praise for Andrew and the team at AC Industries. Customers highlight fast installation, clean work, fair pricing, and quick response to repairs. One reviewer noted units restored to like-new condition; a café owner praised the installation efficiency and quality-to-price ratio.
Most customers report smooth, professional installations and repairs delivered on time by skilled teams. Daniel leads the business hands-on, coordinates clearly with electricians, and takes pride in detail work like wall cleanup and vent alignment. A handful have experienced rushed completions (missed electrical issues, wall damage requiring multiple return visits) and one customer frustrated by multiple texts to reschedule and an unannounced early arrival that risked their pet escaping. Peak experience stands at ducted installations completed faster than quoted, with families praising yearly maintenance relationships. Split system installs consistently described as clean and neat. Service calls draw particular praise for diagnostics within a week and reasonable pricing. The tension emerges between the 87% five-star rate and occasional jobs where installation speed or communication breakdowns caused weeks of follow-up stress.
