Most jobs land on time with friendly, capable staff who explain the work clearly and keep costs fair. Troy, Jacob, Zane, Aris, and Beau appear regularly in positive feedback for split system replacements, air con servicing, sensor lighting, and home battery work. Most reviewers praise AMS as experienced and ethical, with technicians who solve faults others miss. One recent complaint flags a failed repair that cost $1000 and left the system non-functional, raising questions about accountability when work doesn't resolve the issue.
