What recent reviews say

Strong work on gas heater servicing and repairs keeps Provista well-regarded by some, but missed appointments, surprise charges, and poor handover of information frustrate others. Technicians like Jake earn consistent praise for reliability and care, yet cooktop work draws repeated complaints about insufficient pre-planning, unexpected fees, and warranty disputes that leave customers out of pocket and without working appliances.
