One five-star review from seven years ago praises the staff as helpful and pleasant, but evidence is too limited to draw broader conclusions about Stinson Air's current performance or range of services.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Review evidence is limited to one dated complaint about customer service. No detail on specific services or outcomes is available.
Needham Air delivers reliable ducted and split-system installations with strong site discipline and technical depth. Most customers praise the team's politeness, punctuality, and thorough cleanup. However, a minority report significant gaps: one repair job dragged across months without fixing the root issue, another quote ballooned unexpectedly from $25k to $35k and excluded requested zones, and one installation allegedly caused water damage due to poor drainage design. Response times to complaints have been sluggish. The standouts are Cameron (project manager), Chad (design lead), and Marty (installation supervisor). Repeat customers value the brand's 47-year track record with Mitsubishi and Actron systems. Annual maintenance plans are available. Service covers Perth metropolitan and western suburbs. Subiaco-based; open 7 days.
Steven Murphy Electrical's 4.3-star rating across 192 reviews reflects a team that answers calls promptly, shows up on time, and treats every job with care. Whether handling an air conditioning emergency on Sunday or rewiring a bathroom, their technicians (Ben, Kevin, Dan, James, Tom, Peter, Lily among others) earn repeated praise for friendliness, skill, and willingness to solve problems the same day or source hard-to-find parts. Customers note they deliver work that meets or beats the quote, explain options clearly, and manage both urgent crises and routine upgrades without cutting corners. The business operates across Perth with 32+ years stated experience, offering ducted and split-system installations, urgent callouts, and repair work. They field handpicked staff with consistent communication (calls before arrival, photo updates), maintain a responsive admin team, and have earned loyalty from customers returning for multiple jobs over years. No significant complaints appear in recent reviews; the main texture is reliability paired with a neighbourly approach to service.
