All 14 reviewers gave five stars. Glen and his team are known for arriving on time, sticking to quoted prices, and finishing jobs efficiently. They handle both small household jobs and large commercial work, with long-standing clients praising their straightforward approach and tidy work habits.
Lloyd, Damien, and the team earn consistent praise for spotting problems other companies miss, charging fairly for repairs, and arriving the same day. Customers repeatedly describe punctual, clean installations of split and ducted systems, with staff who explain everything clearly and leave sites spotless. The business stands out for refusing upsells and treating long-term repairs as solutions, not opportunities to sell replacements.
Review evidence is limited. Air Conditioning Works operates from Joondalup and claims to install, repair, and design air conditioning systems across Perth's north since 2002. No detailed customer feedback is available to assess specific strengths or concerns.
