Most jobs land on time with friendly, capable staff who explain the work clearly and keep costs fair. The team handles air conditioning, electrical, battery and EV installations across homes and businesses, though one recent contact struggled with phone availability and pushed back on an exemption that policy allowed. Troy, Jacob, Zane, Aris, and Beau appear regularly in positive feedback for split system replacements, air con servicing, sensor lighting, and home battery work. Installations feel polished and staff stay courteous through complex jobs. One caller faced a $180 bill for a light globe fix after communication broke down on other requests.
