Perth City Air
Reviewers consistently report smooth, well-managed projects from quote to completion. Teams demonstrate expertise on challenging installations, stay responsive throughout, and leave properties clean and tidy.
Individual staff like James and Chris are named repeatedly for attentive communication and technical skill. Aftercare calls are answered promptly. The single mention of difficulty was app setup, which the business ultimately resolved. Pricing is described as competitive or worth the investment for quality, though no exact figures were quoted by reviewers.
Verdict
For ducted air conditioning specifically, fit points toward Perth City Air. Their review history is built on ducted design and installation, including the tricky roof cavity and old-house jobs that ducted work often involves, plus aftercare for system optimisation once it's running. Web X Electricians Perth has the higher composite score and a strong reputation, but that reputation is anchored in split systems and general electrical callouts rather than full ducted installs. If the job is a straightforward split system or you need an electrician on hand for switchboard work too, Web X Electricians Perth is a solid pick. If the job is genuinely ducted, especially in a difficult roof space, Perth City Air's track record is the closer match.
