WestOz Trades vs J & C Electrical Contracting: which fits commercial and industrial HVAC work?

Five-star reviews across 1000+ respondents describe a team that shows up on time, explains what they're doing, and leaves properties clean. Connor, Aaron, Ben, Darren, Josh, and others are named repeatedly for professionalism and respect, whether installing new units, servicing existing systems, or handling emergency repairs.

Installation jobs and seasonal maintenance draw the strongest praise. Technicians send text updates en route, give homeowners full walkthroughs of new equipment, patch old mount holes, and haul away rubbish. One hydro clean was described as restoring a unit to "like new" condition. Apartment installs and commercial multi-site jobs both feature heavily in recent feedback.

Every recent review is five stars, praising the crew for tidiness, punctuality, and transparent quoting. Repeat customers return because follow-up is fast, the office keeps schedules organized, and technicians like James and Alfonso leave homes spotless and confirm work before starting.

The business installs split systems and handles commercial electrical alongside residential jobs. Their website lists service across eight Perth suburbs (Armadale to Cockburn). No negative patterns emerged across 18 recent reviews-timing, cleanliness, and respect for properties are consistent strengths.
