Five-star reviews across 1000+ respondents describe a team that shows up on time, explains what they're doing, and leaves properties clean. Connor, Aaron, Ben, Darren, Josh, and others are named repeatedly for professionalism and respect, whether installing new units, servicing existing systems, or handling emergency repairs.
Installation jobs and seasonal maintenance draw the strongest praise. Technicians send text updates en route, give homeowners full walkthroughs of new equipment, patch old mount holes, and haul away rubbish. One hydro clean was described as restoring a unit to "like new" condition. Apartment installs and commercial multi-site jobs both feature heavily in recent feedback.
Most customers report smooth installations and reliable servicing, with staff praised for organization and promptness. One shopper encountered undisclosed fees, incorrect item inclusions, and a faulty remote, highlighting care needed when buying parts directly.
Half the reviews are five-star; half are one or two. Customers who get direct technician contact praise knowledgeable sizing advice and workmanship from staff like Brad and James. The serious friction comes from intrusive marketing texts (reviewers report opting out without effect), staff dismissing customer concerns without inspecting the site, and sluggish follow-up when things go wrong after installation. Their website claims 47 years in business and top Fujitsu dealer status in WA, but recent reviews suggest responsiveness and communication gaps are hurting repeat confidence, especially once a problem emerges.
Brad's team delivered quick, skilled work on split-system servicing at fair rates. However, a recent service call ended badly: technicians allegedly damaged a client's chair, and the office refused to accept responsibility even when shown video evidence, demanding payment instead.
