What recent reviews say

Most jobs complete on time with courteous, clean work. Wayne and the team show up when they say they will, quote fairly, and handle tricky installs (old houses, rental approvals) without fuss. One dated complaint about slow email response; current reviews suggest communication has improved.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
