Daikin Australia Pty Ltd

3.5(69)✓ Google-verified

Daikin technicians (Arran, Alex, Aaron, Matt, Declan) consistently earn praise for punctual, knowledgeable service and professional presentation on repair jobs. However, warranty claims and after-sales support have become a major pain point: customers report month-long delays for responses, management finger-pointing between installer and Daikin, refusal to replace defective units, and an online request system that offers no callback guarantee or phone contact option.

Habitat Air

4.2(5)✓ Google-verified

Habitat Air installs and services ducted and split systems across Perth, with most reviewers praising Jeff's attention during design and install, competitive quotes, and quick aftercare response. One recent complaint flags repeated aircon failures on a higher-end unit, suggesting mixed outcomes on long-term reliability.

Airforce Airconditioning & Solar

4.6(253)✓ Google-verified

Airforce consistently delivers smooth, professional new installations with transparent quotes and efficient crews who know their systems. Field staff (Paul, Jordan, Lucas, Marcus) earn repeated praise for courtesy, expertise, and genuine care. Servicing is less reliable: one customer paid $185 for a 30-second site visit that advanced nothing, and another faced a $20,000 installation with misplaced vents and conflicting blame. Most installers work cleanly and on time, often resolving complications like electrical failures same-day. Post-install support usually includes handover training. Where gaps emerge, they centre on job briefing (techs arriving unprepared) and accountability when plans change mid-work.
