Boyd and his team deliver strong service on routine maintenance and emergency repairs, with consistent praise for quick response, fair rates, and tidy work. However, a recent complaint about a $4000 repair that failed to fix the issue and no refund available is serious; a separate older complaint also mentions rudeness. Most reviewers trust him, but the track record on complex repairs shows gaps.
