Rhys and his team deliver fast, clean installs and same-day replacements. Reviewers cite speedy responses, reliable servicing, and straightforward pricing across both residential and commercial work.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Michael and the team deliver quick, straightforward service backed by honest advice. One long-standing complaint about a follow-up repair and poor communication stands out against otherwise strong 5-star feedback over nearly a decade.
Parts staff are responsive and know their stock; technicians like Harry and Daniel are praised for listening and finishing jobs cleanly. Watch for surprise diagnostic charges and confirm all costs upfront before work begins.
Long-standing customers praise ACR for reliable repairs and genuine service: one client used them 25 years, another had a mouldy reverse-cycle unit expertly cleaned by James, and a solenoid fix ran $285 in 30 minutes. However, recent reviews reveal serious gaps: multiple customers report missed appointments, unanswered calls, and no show-ups without explanation. Jill handles bookings but the business relies on a single landline, leaving clients stranded when things go wrong.
