Most customers praise Aircon Express for fair pricing, speedy fixes, and genuine care. Staff often fit appointments quickly and troubleshoot competently. However, a handful report long waits during heat waves, shoddy diagnostics, and one technician who was dismissive and overcharged for a filter clean and cheap capacitor replacement.
Kool Line delivers fast turnarounds and clean work when they show up, particularly under pressure. However, reviews reveal a stark split: half the time missed appointments, unresponsiveness, and lack of accountability; half the time Carmine and staff perform well. Warranty claims and emergency callbacks often go ignored for months.
Reece, Taylar, Craig, Sam, and other named staff consistently earn five-star praise for arriving on time, fixing issues quickly, and cleaning up after themselves. One reviewer waited nearly four weeks for an AC quote and repair despite repeated calls; another firm completed the same job in three days. For urgent electrical and AC work, this crew performs well; patience is needed if you're seeking a quote. Strengths lie in hands-on technicians who remember past visits, explain their work, and stay late to ensure everything runs properly. They handle general electrical jobs alongside air conditioning repair and maintenance. The operations team appears slow to quote and update, creating friction for customers seeking answers on timelines.
