Installation work is consistently praised for professionalism, tidiness, and on-time arrival. Installers Jacques, Brian, Spencer, Sheldon, James, Dave and Shane are named positively. The real issue emerges after the sale: multiple reviewers report being unable to reach the business for warranty issues, system failures, and callbacks. One customer spent $16,000 on a no-show install that required weekend rework; another had a brand-new $12,000 system fail within a week with no response to support requests. A third reported a ceiling leak and complete unavailability. Installation quality does not translate to reliable aftercare.
