Mitsubishi Electric is a major manufacturer offering split systems, ducted units, and commercial HVAC across their Redcliffe location. Review evidence is limited, so first-hand customer feedback on service quality is unavailable.
John and his crew earn consistent praise for straightforward installs, friendly service, and competitive pricing. One reviewer felt charged for a diagnosis without resolution, and a technician referral fell short; these stand apart from dozens of five-star accounts praising neat work, fast turnaround, and willingness to adapt plans mid-job. Most jobs are split-system or ducted reversals, often same-day old-for-new swaps. Reviewers note John's responsiveness by text or phone, his honest quoting after competitors quoted high, and the team's respect for homes during installation. The brand appears strong in suburban Perth and rental-property emergency work.
