Five-star reviews consistently praise Dan's technical expertise, willingness to go beyond the brief, and friendly approach. He personally handles jobs and brings his own team, explaining system choices clearly and following up after installation. Customers note tangible gains in efficiency and comfort.
Most jobs complete on time with courteous, clean work. Wayne and the team show up when they say they will, quote fairly, and handle tricky installs (old houses, rental approvals) without fuss. One dated complaint about slow email response; current reviews suggest communication has improved.
All four reviews are five-star. Customers praise Tim, the owner, for reliability, knowledge, and willingness to help beyond what was asked. His pricing is described as fair compared to competitors, and the work quality is consistently noted as high. Detail is limited by the small review pool.
