Joel's team wins consistent praise for fast response, fair pricing, and clean work on installations and repairs. Multiple reviewers name Joel specifically for professionalism and honesty. One early enquiry went unanswered, and one callout ran late, but the bulk of recent work shows strong reliability and skill across ducted, split, and evaporative systems.
Reviewers describe a team that answers the phone, shows up on time, and charges fairly for the work done. Staff like Jordan and Dylan are named for going beyond the job: one spent his Sunday coordinating with Western Power at no extra charge, another adjusted an invoice downward when the job took less time. Weekend emergency call-outs are handled promptly, and communication stays clear throughout. Most feedback centres on electrical work (lights, power points, exhaust fans), though air conditioning installation and repair appear as offered services. Workmanship is described as neat and tidy. One recent negative review offers no detail; the rest consistently praise responsiveness, friendliness, and honest dealing.
Brad runs a hands-on operation focused on installation, repairs and system advice. Every reviewer highlights his clear explanations, competitive pricing, punctuality and the cleanliness of finished work. He mentors his team visibly on site.
