Matt and Emily's team show up on time, work cleanly, and charge fair prices. Reviewers praise their quick response to urgent calls and easy way of dealing with customers across electrical jobs from power-tripping emergencies to kitchen rewires.
Hayden and his team get calls answered and arrive fast, often resolving issues by phone before a technician visit. Reviewers consistently note his willingness to help without charging, his punctuality, and fair pricing across emergency callouts, smoke alarm replacements, power point fixes, and oven installations.
Most reviewers praise quick response times, named technicians (Joel, Justin, Kurtis, Michael, Chester, Monish), and honest pricing that undercuts competitors. Commercial clients highlight reliability and proactive communication. However, a cluster of older one-star reviews alleges damage, poor follow-up, and bills for technician-caused issues, suggesting inconsistent service levels have shifted over time.
Justin and his team consistently deliver straightforward advice and professional repairs. Customers praise their clear explanations, respectful manner, and clean workmanship across servicing and new installations.
