What recent reviews say

Two recent installations earned praise for professional crews and same-day completion, but a longstanding customer reports persistent wiring and technical faults three years after a new build. Review spread is polarised: five five-star ratings (often specific to solar and battery systems) against two one-star reviews citing poor electrical workmanship and support. Limited evidence on air conditioning services specifically.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

D&L Electrical and Air

4.3(18)✓ Google-verified

D&L installs ducted and split systems in Canning Vale with mostly strong reviews praising quick turnaround, clear communication, and site cleanup. Long-standing complaints about product longevity and post-sale support undercut the otherwise solid track record. Their website claims 25 years' experience and licences EC10634 and AU40150. Recent five-star reviews highlight professionalism and value; older one-star reviews flag products failing within a year and slow responses to warranty issues.

CoolBreeze Evaporative Air Conditioners

4.1(14)✓ Google-verified

Long-term owners consistently praise CoolBreeze units for durability and the staff's helpful approach; however, service costs and repair charges draw strong criticism. Recurring complaints centre on component failures, notably circuit boards and water solenoids, plus large gaps between warranty coverage and real maintenance costs after a few years.
