What recent reviews say

Most customers report fast turnaround, on-time arrival, and staff who diagnose problems clearly and fix them in one visit. Several name specific technicians (Michael, Alex, Christian, Hayley) for their professionalism and knowledge. Service ranges from home repairs to ducted systems to commercial work.

A small number of reviews flag inconsistent workmanship: one technician left a dirty rag and unswept floor after a service; another showed indifference to water damage during diagnosis. Most five-star ratings praise the team overall, but these lapses suggest quality depends on who turns up.

Dean and the team earn high marks for speed and straight talk. Most jobs get fixed the same day or next day, quotes arrive within hours, and pricing sits well. One no-show incident without explanation stands against the pattern.
