Every review across five months is five-star. Isaac and Kayne are named repeatedly for technical knowledge, responsiveness to urgent requests, and problem-solving on complex installs. Customers praise transparent quoting, fast turnaround, and willingness to provide second opinions on diagnoses. Work is described as clean, efficient, and explained clearly to customers.
WA Air Group handles split systems, ducted, multi-split, cassettes, and repairs across residential and light commercial. Prices range from $199 for standard service to $35,000+ for large ducted systems. Their website claims 15+ years experience, ARCtick certification, 7-year workmanship warranty, and $20 million liability insurance.
Master Trades Group delivers consistently fast, professional service across electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning work. Reviewers highlight responsive booking staff, named technicians (Liam, Alan, Max, Layton, Jayden, Riley, Ben) who arrive on time and explain work clearly, and spotless job sites-with same-day callouts on weekends and emergencies handled within the hour.
Brian's Cooling and Heating Solutions earns its 5-star average through consistent phone troubleshooting that often fixes problems free, same-day repairs including Christmas Day callouts, and transparent pricing that does not push unnecessary upgrades. Installation work across heritage properties and new units draws praise for attention to detail and tidiness. One warranty dispute mars an otherwise sterling record: a customer's unit failed within three months of repair, and Brian declined to honour guarantees. This stands alone among 29 reviews; the broader pattern shows speed, honesty, and willingness to help outside normal hours.
Callum and his team earn consistent praise for showing up on time, working cleanly, and explaining everything clearly. Reviewers highlight their skill at diagnosing tricky faults, balancing ducted systems, and upgrading older evap units to reverse cycle, often within quick turnarounds and at fair rates. Multiple clients note the owners' approachable style and the crew's care in protecting floors and tidying up afterward. Service spans residential and commercial jobs across Perth metro, from split system installs in Hamersley to ducted replacements in Tapping.
