Most customers praise Complete Refrigeration and Air for rapid response, honest pricing, and dependable work on both commercial and residential AC systems. Several reviews name Joel, Dave, Chester, and Monish as standout staff. A small minority report serious issues: rude treatment, equipment damage, and failure to order parts or follow up on repairs. The business serves Perth broadly, operates seven days, and handles emergency breakdowns within 24 hours. Their website lists ARCtick certification and claims competitive rates, which aligns with positive reviews on pricing. However, the stark gap between five-star loyalty and one-star complaints about conduct and accountability warrants caution if you encounter initial friction.
