Brad runs a hands-on operation focused on installation, repairs and system advice. Every reviewer highlights his clear explanations, competitive pricing, punctuality and the cleanliness of finished work. He mentors his team visibly on site.
Joel and his team earn consistent praise for skilled repairs, fair pricing, and rapid response. One reviewer waited 3 weeks with no reply; another saw late arrivals. The balance tips heavily toward professional workmanship on ducted and split systems.
Xtracool delivers ducted and split system installations with consistent speed and care. Michael and his team arrive on schedule, complete jobs in hours rather than days, quote competitively, and leave no mess. Their edge is responsiveness: quotes come back within hours, installations happen within a week, and staff actively keep clients in the loop. Customers repeatedly mention the owner by name and single out his genuine engagement with the work.
