Ford & Doonan Vic Park handles ducted and split system installations with visible care and professionalism. Reviewers consistently highlight quick responses, site visits led by knowledgeable staff who explain options without pressure, and installations completed on schedule with minimal disruption. Chelsea and Mick appear in multiple reviews as friendly, accessible points of contact; installation teams finish on the same day and leave homes clean. One recent complaint centres on dismissive phone handling and a callout charge that felt unwarranted. Service spans residential upgrades (evaporative to reverse cycle), replacement of ageing systems, and commercial work. Ducted replacements in complex homes (two-storey, timber frame) and dual-system installs in townhouses are named examples. Post-installation support and system optimisation advice appear routinely. Teams are described as flexible and willing to tailor solutions to the home's existing layout.
