Austec Air Conditioning

Most customers report reliable, punctual service with skilled technicians like James and Yue who explain their work clearly and leave spaces clean. A small number faced recurrent failures and parts mismatches that suggested coordination or diagnostic gaps; one customer received multiple invoices for unfinished work. Austec operates across Perth, handles split and ducted systems, and claims 40 years in business. Reviewers consistently praise friendly reception, quick response times, and thorough cleaning during maintenance, though satisfaction drops when repeat visits are needed for the same fault.
