Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
Most jobs completed smoothly with skilled installation and good manners, but one recent case shows communication lapses after diagnosis. When work proceeds, reviewers praise clean installs and staff professionalism. Follow-up on quotes remains inconsistent.
Staff answer quickly and treat customers with patience. Technicians (Sef, Seth, Andy) arrive on time, explain work clearly, and leave spaces spotless. Most jobs go smoothly and pricing feels fair. Two recent complaints reveal a gap: when equipment fails or installations go wrong, the team becomes defensive and slow to fix mistakes rather than owning them. Air conditioning installations and repairs dominate the work praised. Electricians also handle power points, cameras, and site work. Phone staff (Jasmin) earn consistent mention for friendliness and knowledge. One customer waited two months for parts help that never came; another paid hundreds to fix a loud pump installation that staff dismissed as normal.
